Subject: Diverter Flange Question:
I require the dimensions for a (non API?) flange and
cannot find any information. Could you please advise all flange
dimensions, ring dimensions and pressure rating for a 29 1/2" R-95
flange/ring joint, which we need for a diverter application?
Answer:
Since you say the flange you want information on
connects to a nominal 29-1/2" Diverter, and has an R-95 groove, we
assume the Diverter has a 500 psi working pressure. All manufacturers we
know of that make Diverters of this size and pressure use 30" 300 MSS
RTJ flanges for their connections. You will find information about this
flange on the WOODCO USA Flange Slide Rule at:

In case the matter ever comes up, 30" 1,000 psi
Diverters use 30" 600 MSS RTJ flanges, also shown on our Flange Slide
